A native of Greenville County, daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Frances Murrell Brissey, she was a member of Highland Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Tony Phillips of the home; a son, Keith Charping of Greenville; a brother, Joseph Brissey of Greenville; a sister, JoAnn Fowler of Conestee; a granddaughter, Elizabeth Nicole Henderson; and two great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a sister, Ruth Henry and a grandson, Jeremy Keith Charping.
A memorial service will be held 1;00 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Highland Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Tony Pearson, Rev. Malcolm Lance, and Rev. Sammy Scott.
The family is at their respective homes.
Memorials may be made to Highland Baptist Church, 3270 Highway 414, Taylors, South Carolina 29687.
