Joyce Elaine Ranke, 90, formerly of Cedar Grove, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at Riverview Village in Menomonee Falls.
Joyce was born on September 15, 1933, to George and Margaret (Nienow) Pfeiffer in Milwaukee. Joyce was united in marriage to Gene Ranke on August 7, 1954, in Milwaukee. She enjoyed quilting and needlework.
Joyce is survived by her daughter, Susan Stedman of Milwaukee; a daughter-in-law, Christine Ranke of West Allis; two grandchildren, Matthew (Kelly) Ranke and Alan "AJ" Wittenburg; two step grandchildren, Vernon Kittler and Stacy (Jeff) Kroeger; great-grandchildren, Miles and Kennedy Ranke; step great-grandchild, Jacob Kroeger; sister-in-law, Carol Carlson of Appleton; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Gene; son, Todd Ranke; son-in-law, Scott Stedman; and brother-in-law, Dale Carlson.
Funeral services for Joyce will be held at the Wenig Funeral Home in Oostburg on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at 1:00pm. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Friends may greet the family at the Wenig Funeral Home in Oostburg on Tuesday from 11:00am until the time of service at 1:00pm.
A memorial fund is being established in her name.
