Joyce Ann Belcher Rasnick

Chilhowie, VA – Joyce Ann Rasnick, age 64, passed on Saturday, December 27, 2025, in Valley Health Care Center. Joyce was born in Baltimore, MD to the late Carl Henry and Jane Magdalene Glass Belcher. Joyce was a graduate of Patrick High School and a member of Landmark Baptist Church. She worked as a seamstress for many years and enjoyed staying in touch with her family.

In addition to her parents, Joyce is preceded in death by her sister, Amanda Testerman, and brother, Dennis Belcher. She leaves behind her son, Derrick Rasnick and wife Tonya; brother, Darrell Belcher and wife Ruth; grandson, Connor Rasnick; nieces, Sarah Testerman, Danielle Testerman, and Mindy Belcher; and nephew, Blake Belcher.

Visitation with the family will be held 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Landmark Baptist Church, 34299 Lee Highway, Glade Spring, VA. Graveside services will follow in Old Glade Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Pastor Dean Lundy officiating at 2:30 p.m.. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
