Joyce "Koot" Stroble

Joyce Antoinette Stroble Fullenwinder was born Spartanburg County, SC on October 10, 1968. She was the daughter of the late Estelle Stroble and Abe Epps. She was married to Robert Dale Fullenwinder.
"Koot" as she was affectionately called was a devoted wife, mother, godmother, sister, aunt friend. She found enjoyment hanging with her family and close friends sitting around talking and just having fun. She was well known in the community for being outspoken and for her outgoing spirit.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Mary Carter.
Left to continue the legacy of memories of Joyce "Koot" Stroble are her devoted husband, Robert Dale Fullenwinder of the home; her three daughters, Meishada and Zariah Stroble of Spartanburg, SC and Zole' Fullenwinder of the home; her son, Je'Ryan Chapman of Spartanburg, SC; two stepchildren, Katerris (Stania) Fullenwinder and Kelsey Fullenwinder of Spartanburg, SC; seven grandchildren, Zyran Stroble, Zanyia Stroble, Je'Ryah Chapman, Je'Raye Chapman, Kylan Fullenwinder, Kisynn Fullenwinder, and Karter Fullenwinder; one brother, Jimmy Stroble of Atlanta, GA.; four special cousins, Deloris Williams, Chandrell Williams, Corterries Williams, and Syncere Williams and a host of other relatives and friends whom she loved dearly. Arrangements are entrusted to Community Mortuary, Inc., 102 Marion Avenue, Spartanburg, SC.
