Joyce Weakley Obituary
Joyce Ellen Weakley, age 62, of Culpeper, Virginia passed away at her residence, Thursday, August 7, 2008. Joyce was born August 9, 1945 in Washington, D.C. to the late Eddie Bache and Cecile Jenkins Bache.
Surviving Joyce is her son, Doug Welch; her step-daughter, Becky Petty Thomas; her brothers and sisters, Eddie Bache, Robert Bache, Gloria Aylor, Rose Foster and Shirley Estes; her grandchildren, Gunner Welch, Dominique Thomas, Anthony Thomas, Alijah Thomas and a great-grandchild, Sincere Denson and numerous nieces and nephews.
Her parents and two brothers, Warren Bache and Ricky Bache, precede her in death.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Monday, August 11, 2008 from 6 until 8 p.m. with a memorial ser-vice at 7:30 p.m. at the Clore-English Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to the Hospice of the Rapidan, P.O. 1715, Culpeper, Virginia 22701.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Clore-English Funeral Home, 11190 James Monroe Highway, Culpeper, Virginia 22701.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
