Joyce West Obituary
Born in Anderson, she was the daughter of the late Claude and Lila Childs Evans. Joyce was retired from Southern Bell. She was a member of Covenant Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sister, Mary Smith; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by brothers Gaines Evans, Harris Evans, and Glenn Evans.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, December 22, 2025, at Forest Lawn Mausoleum Chapel conducted by Dr. Steve Silvey. The family will greet friends following the service.
Memorials may be made to Covenant Baptist Church, 4521 Liberty Highway, Anderson, SC 29621.
