JR. FRAME
Emory Emerson "JR." Frame, III, 70, of Interlachen passed away peacefully at home with his family at his side on Thursday, September 28, 2023. Born in Edgefield, South Carolina, JR. had lived in Putnam County for the past 43 years coming from Grapefield, Pennsylvania. He had worked in various fields, starting out as an automobile mechanic with Crown & Penn Dot in Pa. Kmart & Goodyear in Palatka, Fl. and as a security guard with Wells Fargo. But what he enjoyed most was working as a skilled master carpenter in the cabinet-making business with Collier Cabinets, Smith Products, Smokey Mountain Cabinets, in Palatka and Fit & Function Cabinets in Green Cove Springs, Fl. His favorite pastimes included, spending time with the love of his Life "Bonieta", talking to people about his Jesus, playing bluegrass Gospel music on his guitar in area churches and nursing homes, writing songs, building & flying model airplanes with his sons, gardening, fishing, boating, alligator hunting with Bert & Jay, and spending time with his children and grandbabies. A true craftsman, JR. recently constructed a concrete fishpond with a waterfall with his eldest son, Jay. He was always busy enjoying Life and taking care of his family. Making sure they all know his Jesus!
Besides his parents, JR. was preceded in death by Sister Penny and brother Gene and granddaughter Bridgette.
Survivors, his wife of 52 years, Bonieta Frame; four sons, Emory "JJ." Frame (Tina), Jacob Frame, Jeremiah Frame (Tiffany), and Matt Frame (Ashley); three brothers, Jack Frame (Connie), Bobby Frame (Tina), and Rusty Frame (Jeanie); two sisters, Donna Wilkinson (Lloyd) and Missy Hatfield (A.J.); nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held November 18, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church, San Mateo.
