Juan Banda, 97 años de Houston, entró en el descanso eterno el 26 de junio de 2024. Nació el 26 de junio de 1927, hijo de Severo y Antonia Banda en México.
A Juan le precedieron en la muerte su esposa, María del Refugio Banda, su hija, Lifonsa Banda, su hija, Jesús Banda, su hijo, Julian Banda, su hijo, Guilivaldo Banda, su hijo, Pedro Banda. Le sobrevive su amada familia, que incluye a Four Daughters, Margarita Perez, Nicolasa Banda, Juana Mesa, Petra Banda; Ocho Hijos, Irineo Banda, Juan Banda, Francisco Banda, Higinio Banda, Nivaldo Banda, Martín Banda, Rafeal Banda, José Guadalupe Banda; 53 nietos; 109 bisnietos y 48 tataranietos. Se llevará a cabo una misa de funeral el miércoles 3 de julio de 2024 a las 10:00 am en la iglesia católica St. Charles Borromeo. El rito de sepelio seguirá en el cementerio de Santa Teresa.

Juan Banda, age 97 of Houston entered into eternal rest on June 26, 2024. He was born on June 26, 1927 to Severo and Antonia Banda in Mexico.
Juan is preceded in death by Wife, Maria del Refugio Banda, Daughter, Lifonsa Banda, Daughter, Jesus Banda, Son, Julian Banda, Son, Guilivaldo Banda, Son, Pedro Banda. He is survived by his beloved family which includes Four Daughters, Margarita Perez, Nicolasa Banda, Juana Mesa, Petra Banda; Eight Sons, Irineo Banda, Juan Banda, Francisco Banda, Higinio Banda, Nivaldo Banda, Martin Banda, Rafeal Banda, Jose Guadalupe Banda; 53 grandchildren; 109 great grandchildren and 48 great great grandchildren. Juan Perez Banda was a loving father and grandfather who loved to be surrounded by his family. He was a man who worked hard to provide for his family. He was a devoted catholic, and loved to listen and play music. You will be misssed and in our hearts forever.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 2, 2024, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home - Northside, Houston, Texas with a Rosary beginning at 6:30 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, 10:00 am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow at Santa Teresa Cemetery.
