It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Juan Flores, 70, of Hale Center, TX. A beloved father, grandpa, brother, uncle, and friend, who left us on September 25, 2025 in Lubbock, TX. A man of quiet strength and immense love, he touched the lives of all who knew him and leaves behind a legacy of family, hard work, and simple joys.

A man of the land, Juan spent most of his life doing the ranch work he truly loved. He found peace and purpose under the open sky, his hands skilled and his work ethic unwavering. He was a lifelong fan of country music and the Dallas Cowboys. He was a devoted grandpa who loved spending time with his grandchildren, he always had snacks ready for them. His world revolved around his loved ones, and nothing brought him more happiness than gathering everyone together.
