Juan Alberto Germosen, of Haverstraw, died tragically on November 23, 2021. Juan Alberto Germosen was born to Juan Alberto Germosen Capellan and Isola Valentin Germosen on August 15, 1946 in Tamboril, Dominican Republic. Juan was employed by the Empire Chair Factory in Haverstraw, NY before his retirement. Juan was beloved and well known in his community as "Don Juan". He was always singing and and smiling. He will be remembered lovingly as a compassionate person. He is survived by his loving family, his wife Leonora and his twelve children, brothers, sister, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will held on Sunday, November 28, 2021 from 2:00 PM -4:00 PM and 7:00 -9:00 PM at the George M. Holt Funeral Home, 50 New Main Street, Haverstraw, NY 10927. Juan's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 29, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Peter's and St. Mary's Church, 115, Broadway, Haverstraw, NY 10927. Burial will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery, Haverstraw, NY. The family requests that MASKS are required for all those who are paying their respects.
