Juan B. Reyes Jr., a beloved husband, father, grandfather and a long time resident of Patterson passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 70. Born on March 23, 1955, in Corpus Christi, Texas, Juan was a proud Mexican American who dedicated his life to his work and family.
Juan graduated from high school and went on to build a successful career as a Chief Engineer in the marine industry. His expertise and commitment to excellence earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and peers. Outside of work, Juan found joy in music and gardening, pursuits that brought both peace and happiness to his life.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Sheri Reyes; his two sons, Ryan Taylor (Kelly Sumrall) and Mario Reyes (Cheryl Hoehn); and his beloved granddaughters, Brooke Lyn Taylor and Ava Taylor. Juan leaves behind a legacy of love and strength that will continue to inspire those who knew him.
Juan will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
Juan was preceded in death by his mother, Rebecca Banda, three brothers and one sister.
