Honoring the Journey of Carlos
Juan Carlos Sanchez del Angel, age 38, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away on November 10, 2025. He was born on April 4, 1987, in Tampico, Mexico, to Fermin Sanchez and Clara Del Angel. On September 21, 2013, Carlos married the love of his life, Daniela, in Monett, Missouri. Together, they built a beautiful life over the past 12 years and were blessed with three amazing children.
Carlos was a devoted husband, loving father, and loyal friend. He worked hard to provide for his family and found his greatest joy in spending time with his wife and children. Known for his kindness, humor, and generous spirit, Carlos touched the lives of everyone who knew him. His love for his family and his unwavering faith will continue to inspire those he leaves behind.
He loved to travel, cooking, music and playing with his children. Music was his passion. Carlos was the worship leader at Apostolic of the Faith Christ Jesus Church. He was a man of God who loved to share the word through his music.
He will be deeply missed by his wife, Daniela Sanchez De Leon; their three beloved children, Genesis Sanchez, Adah Sanchez and Nathan Sanchez; his sister Jessica Mejia; is parents, Formin Sanchez and Clara Del Angel; mother-in-law Maria Salas; sister-in-law, Aileen Murillo; brother-in-law, Juan Mejia; nephews, Abdiel Mejia, Sadashiu Mejia, and Ilai Mejia; and all who were fortunate to know him. Though his time on earth was far too short, Carlos's memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
Visitation will be Friday, November 14th, 2025, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the River Glenn Chapel, 1805 North A Street, Fort Smith, Arkansas.
