Juana Maria Rodriguez a life long Yuma Resident, 60, passed away Saturday, September 7, 2024 after a 3 year battle with cancer. Juana was born on August 20, 1964 in Juarez Chihuahua, Mexico.
She went to AZ Western College and worked for the Sheriff's Office and then retired from the Corrections Office after a long career with them. Juana was married to Flo Alvarado for 10 years; the love of her life. Together they had 1 child as well as Juana's child and Flo's 2 children.
She was member of Immaculate Conception Church.
Juana enjoyed Soccer and wearing her Pumas Gear! Together with Flo, they enjoyed going to Mexico and watching Pumas games live.
Visitation will be at Yuma Mortuary, 775 S. 5th Ave, Yuma, AZ 85364 on Monday, September 16, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Services will be at at: Immaculate Conception Church, 505 S. Avenue B, Yuma, AZ 85364 on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 10:00 am. Burial will follow after Services.
