Juanita M. (nee-Zuniga) Franzini passed away on Saturday February 10, 2024 at Brookdale Senior Living in Florham Park. She was 89.
She was born in NEW York, NY. Juanita later met Vincent, her childhood love, and eventually they married. Juanita and Vincent lived in Long Island, NY and eventually moved to Totowa, NJ, where she would spend most of her life. Juanita was a homemaker who was dedicated to taking care of her family and grandchildren.
Following the death of her beloved husband, In 1992, Juanita moved to East Hanover, NJ. She became active with Notre Dame of Mount Carmel in Cedar Knolls. There she embraced her fellow parishioners and created life long friends. She was always involved in all aspects of "her church" and became known as one of the "church ladies''.
Her final years were spent at Brookdale Senior Living, where she once again was involved and loved.
She is predeceased by her late husband: Vincent P. Franizini (1992), son Vincent L. Franzini (2013), son Natale V. Franzini (2015) and her daughter Diane Mangarell (2006).
Survivors include her son: Anthony W. and his wife Donna, her daughters: Donna M. Sky, and Juanita Franzini-Cluckey and her husband Brian ; her son-in-law: Robert Magarell.
Juanita is also survived by her 6 Grandchildren, 18 Great-Grandchildren, and her 1 Great-Great Grandson.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Mass 10:00am Thursday February 15, 2024 at Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel R.C. Church 75 Ridgedale Ave Cedar Knolls. In lieu of flowers please make donations in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital P.O.
