Diane Lane, age 65, of Princeton, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at her home.
Diane was born July 7, 1960, to the late Charles Treeman Lamb and Dannie Pearl Wyatt Lamb. Early on in her life she was a nurse's aide where she took pride in caring for others. She was a member of Eddyville Second Baptist Church, and her greatest joy was her family. Diane enjoyed sewing, reading and cookie books.
She is survived by her daughter, Shannon Lane of Princeton; son, Jason Lane of Ft. Bragg, NC; step-son, Kevin (Amy) Lane of Princeton; sister, Pat Bassett of Paducah; brother, Charles (Lynn) Lamb of Princeton; grandchildren, Dawson (Savannah Baird) Teague, Logan (McKenzie Brandon) Teague, Lexie (Cameron Thompson) Teague, Charles Lane, Kailei Martin, Elliott Lane, Gregory Lane, Sylvia Lane and step grandchildren, Ethan Lane and Jesse Lane; great-grandchildren, Oliver Thompson and Ryder Thompson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Allen Lane; sister, Melanie Kay Lamb; brothers, Ronnie Lamb and Kenny Lamb.
Diane's visitation services will be held at Goodman Funeral Home in Princeton, KY, on July 25, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 12:00 PM, with Bro. Mac Walls officiating.
