Juanita Hoskins Langlitz went to be with the Lord on July 24, 2023. Juanita was born in Ft. Worth, TX on October 25, 1931. She was lovingly given by God to Lena and Charles Hoskins of Breckenridge, TX. Graveside services will be held Friday, July 28th at Eastland City Cemetery at 3:00 PM.
Charles died when Juanita was 2 years old. Lena later married Frank Kincaid and the family moved to Desdemona, TX. Frank was a pumper for Texaco.
Juanita attended school in Desdemona through her junior year of high school. She then attended Gorman High School her senior year where she graduated in 1949.
After the death of Frank Kincaid, she and her mother moved to Eastland, TX where she worked as an operator for Southwestern Bell Telephone.
Juanita married Dale Langlitz of Eastland on December 14, 1951. Dale served in the Army from 1952-1954. While in the Army, Dale and Juanita lived in California and Washington state. After his discharge from the Army they moved to Eastland, TX.
In addition to lovingly caring for her 2 children, she taught private piano lessons, owned Green Street Flower shop, worked for Valero Transmission and the local television cable office.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church where she was a children's Sunday school teacher and GA leader.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Dale Langlitz. She is survived by her daughter Connie Arnold and husband Mark of Granbury, TX, son Ron Langlitz and wife Carmen of Eastland, TX, grandson Derek Arnold of Fort Worth, TX, granddaughter Lindy Varela and husband Eric & great-granddaughter Ellie Varela of Abilene, TX, and many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
