Juanita Mae McCullough, 86, of Greensburg, passed away at 6:08 p.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at her residence. She was born on February 20, 1937 in Greensburg, the daughter of Robert S. and Orpha Dell (Lawrence) Hannum. She was a lifelong resident of Decatur County and had attended Greensburg High School. Juanita enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandbabies. She married Joseph Arnold McCullough on December 28, 1968 in Westport. He preceded her in death on December 6, 2018. Survivors include her daughters, Nancy Jo Davis and Terrie Brown both of Shelbyville, Deborah Kay White of Greensburg, Barbara Ann (Robert) Woods of Shelbyville, Connie Sue Reed and Brandy Nicole Remmler both of Greensburg; her sons, Donald Eugene Hampton, John William (Helen) Hampton and Brian K. (Karla) McCullough all of Greensburg, Robert Charles (Jackie) Hampton of Biloxi, Mississippi; 23 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Stephen Lee Hampton; her sisters, Beverly Baker and Donna Lee; her brother, Robert Earl Hannum. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 3, 2023 at Bass & Gasper Funeral Home in Westport with Brother Richard Leonard officiating. Burial will follow at Westport Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held on Monday, July 3, from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bread of Life through the funeral home.
