Judith Ann (Kissel) Loehrlein, 82, of Evansville, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2025 at Select Specialty Hospital. She was born July 17, 1942 in Evansville to the late Michael and Mary Louise (Brott) Kissel.

Judy graduated from Memorial High School in 1960. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Judy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who treasured the time she spent with her family.

Judy is survived by her husband of 63 years, Donald Loehrlein; sons, Clint Loehrlein and Clay (Lisa) Loehrlein; daughters, Traci (Dezz) Ropp and Stephanie (John) Cox; grandchildren, Cassandra Loehrlein, Cynthia Loehrlein, Nicole Loehrlein, Austin Loehrlein, Alex Loehrlein, Madison Loehrlein, Corin Ropp, Maxton Ropp, Maggie Cox and Caleb Cox; great-grandchildren, Liam and Clark Hoffman and River Cox; and sisters, Patricia (Mike) Koch and Mary Jo (Gary) Compton.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her daughter, Cynthia Loehrlein; and brothers, Kenneth, Stephen, Dennis and Richard Kissel.

Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, July 10, 2025 at Ziemer Funeral Home Central Chapel, 626 N. First Ave., Evansville. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 1:00 p.m. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 918 W. Mill Road,

Evansville with Father Jason Gries officiating.

Burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Sisters of St. Benedict, 802 E. 10th Street, Ferdinand, IN 47532 or Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 918 W. Mill Road, Evansville, IN 47710.
