Judith Baird Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Parrott Funeral Home & Crematory on Dec. 4, 2025.
Judith Brown Baird, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on December 3, 2025, in Newnan, Georgia, at the age of 82. Born on March 1, 1943, in Keokuk, Iowa, Judith lived a life marked by love, creativity, and faith.

Judith was a woman of deep faith who attended Palmetto Baptist Church for many years, where she shared her love for God by teaching Bible school to countless children. Her devotion to her faith and community left an indelible mark on all who knew her.

Quilting was Judith's passion, and she spent countless hours creating beautiful works of art that were cherished by family and friends alike. Her skillful hands also found joy in the world of antiques, where she delighted in discovering and sharing treasures from the past.

Judith was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Meda Brown. She is survived by her devoted husband, Robert Neil Baird; her loving sons, Craig Baird (Lisa) and Rick Baird (Miyuki); and her dear sister, Sharon Parkyn. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren, Lindsey Lindhorst, Bobby Baird, Bailey Baird, Johnny Baird, Samantha Schwenning, and Danny Baird, as well as her precious great-grandchildren, Emerson and Charlie Lindhorst, Waylon and Chase Baird, and Lana and Isaac Schwenning.

Judith's life was a testament to love, resilience, and faith. Her warmth, wisdom, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She leaves behind a legacy of love and faith that will continue to inspire her family and friends for generations to come.
