Judith M. Dawson

Judith M. Dawson, 78, of Macungie, died peacefully on December 23, 2025 in her home. She was the wife of Edward J. Dawson. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Michael C. and Mary E. (Garis) Bobi. Judy was a graduate of Kutztown University. She worked as an accountant for Burlington Coat Factory for 28 years, retiring in 2019. Judy loved to read, travel and watch her family play sports and perform. To know her was to love her. She had a kind, caring and gentle spirit but was also fierce and strong. She will be remembered as someone who was beautiful inside and out and always cared for others.

Judy is survived by her husband, Ed; son, Christopher E. Dawson and wife Amy; daughter, Brooke wife of Toby Bauer; grandchildren, Jordan, Logan, Breeahna, Kala, Sarah, and Donovan; great grandchildren, Cooper and Evangeline; sister, Marianne wife of James Anderson. She was predeceased by a grandson, Joseph and great granddaughter Lillian.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements.
