Judith Janine Duck

Judith Janine "Judy" Duck, age 70, went to be with her Heavenly Father on February 15, 2026, in Panama City, Florida. Judy was born on May 21, 1955, in Phoenix, Arizona, to the late G.L. Swaty and Mary Alice Konkler Swaty.

Judy was a dear soul and a faithful friend to those closest to her. She loved life and truly enjoyed having fun. An animal lover at heart, Judy formed deep and meaningful connections, both with people and animals, and once that connection and bond was made, it was unbreakable. She had a special love for the ocean and spent countless hours shell hunting, people watching, sunning, taking photographs of waves and birds, and simply sitting with her toes in the sand. Judy also found joy in spending full days working in her yard, mowing, picking up twigs, raking leaves, and burning the debris. She dedicated the majority of her working years to the medical field, where she served as a housekeeper.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents; her husband and the love of her life, George Duck Jr.; her beloved kitty and light of her life, Jessie "Jessie Kitty" Duck; as well as her brothers, Gary, Timmy, Steve, Nick, and Mike Swaty; and sisters, Linda Venable and Cathy Matthews.

She leaves behind her sisters, Margaret Suffolk of Phoenix, AZ, Dede Bender of Mena, AR, Rosanna Smith of Syracuse, NE, and Rita Plumley of Grannis, AR; her kitty cat, Doc Duck; special friends, Linda Adame and Joyce W.; and a host of nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

A memorial service celebrating Judy's life will be announced at a later date.
