Judy Koetzle, 72, of Panama City, passed away on Friday, August 22, 2025. She was born in Riverside, New Jersey on January 25, 1953.

She attended Tom P. Haney for cosmetology school and went on to pursue her passion as a beautician. A talented singer and songwriter, she and her husband co-founded the "Golden Rose Band." She was blessed with countless friends, a wonderful sense of humor, and a laugh so contagious it could light up any room.

Judy is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Koetzle; mother, Helen Morgan and bother, Ron West.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Kim Logan and Tracy Gray – Sanders; sons, Edward Holloway and Cleveland Sanders III; grandchildren, Christian Braxton, Jade Holloway, Franlhi Sanders, Emmi Logan, Isaiah Sanders, Colby Kemler, Krystal Sanders, Tabitha Raflako, and Timothy Sanders; great grandchildren, Martin Hawkins, Kinsley Raflanko, Kendall Raflako, Rosemary Kelley, Veda Kelley, and Nolan Turner; father, William West; siblings, William West, Diane Brower, Cindy West-Blackwell, Lyn West, and Rita Morgan-Cobb.

Services will not be held at this time.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made directly to the family via cash app. $tracygraysanders
