Judith Marlene Kohn (Yocheved), 86, of Hightstown, NJ, passed away on September 18th, 2025.

Judy was born on February 23rd, 1939, in the Bronx, NY, to Charles & Miriam Katz.

A nurturing woman, she majored in medical technology, eventually leading the hematology lab at St. Peter's Hospital for several years.

In May of 1964, after graduating from Temple University, Judy met her future husband, Ronald Kohn, on a blind date. By September of 1965, they were engaged to be married and tied the knot a few months later in January 1966. The two of them were happily together for over 60 years.

Living in East Brunswick, they built a beautiful life with three children. She was an avid reader and loved knitting clothes for her family and friends. She also took great joy in returning year after year with her husband to her favorite getaway, Newburyport, Massachusetts, where they enjoyed whale watching.

She was an active member of Temple B'nai Shalom and a beloved member of the community. Judy will be remembered for her spirited personality.

Judy is survived by her husband, Ronald Kohn; her younger sister, Sharon Carestio, and brother, Perry Katz; her three children, Melissa Rosen, Jennifer Kohn, and Brian Kohn; six grandchildren, Shira Clair, Kayla Rosen, Yonah Rosen, Aaron Kleinman, Zoe Kleinman, and Alexandra (Lexi) Kohn; and three great-grandchildren, Netanel, Zev, and Hillel Clair.
