A daughter of the late David Tracy and Sheila Ann Moss Anderson, she was born December 2, 1967 in Waterbury, Connecticut, where she lived in her younger years, later living in California before moving to Toccoa in 1988. She was employed with Country Hearth Inn and volunteered at The Hope Center. She was of the Catholic faith. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her children, Michael Ramero of Toccoa, Samantha Tracy of Leesburg, Georgia and Grace Sertain of Toccoa; eleven grandchildren; brother, Thomas Tracy of Toccoa.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Acree-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Judith Ann Tracy Murphy.
