Judy was born in Dayton, OH on July 15, 1944, a daughter of the late Edward and Ollie Baker Dean.
Judy is survived by her husband, James Philpot.
She is also survived by her brothers: Wayne Dean and wife Cindy, Edward Dean and wife Wanda, Gary Dean and wife Edna, Ronnie Dean, and Mike Dean.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her first husband, Billy Combs; her son, Gary Edward Combs; and her brother, Albert Dean.
Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 6th at Oneida Community Church in Oneida, KY, with Todd Hicks officiating. Burial will follow at the Oneida Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 6th at Oneida Community Church.
