It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of Judy Pline, a beloved mother, grandmother, friend, and beacon of light to all those who knew her. She left this world on April 16, 2025, at the age of 64.
Judy was born on March 21, 1961, in Dallas, Texas, and spent the majority of her life in Michigan. She was a nurse for many, many years and cared deeply for her patients, often going above and beyond to make sure they felt loved and valued. She lived life day by day, spreading light, love, and laughter wherever she went. She handled every tough situation she encountered with humor, but she wasn't afraid to have a good cry with a friend who needed it.
Judy was fiercely tenacious, always advocating for those who needed it most, with a particular soft spot for the elderly, homeless, and less fortunate. While she spent most of her career in nursing homes and long-term care facilities, she made time to volunteer by feeding the homeless and was the founder of Seeds of Grace, a free clinic for the uninsured run by volunteers.
Judy was known for her deep-rooted faith in Jesus, and her favorite way to honor God was by loving those around her, serving her community, and leaving judgment to Him.
Judy wanted to be remembered through celebration, not mourning.
While she is no longer with us, her spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us. May her memory be a blessing, and may we keep her memory alive by practicing love and compassion in all we do. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Judith, please visit our floral store.
