Judith Rust Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by John M. Ireland & Son Funeral Home and Chapel on Jul. 6, 2023.
Judith "Judy" Ann Rust of Newalla, Oklahoma, departed this world for her heavenly home on June 29, 2023, at the age of 77. She was born on November 5, 1945, to Walter Cook and Ethleen Mary (Livingston) Glass.
Judy was a fun-loving free spirit who lived life on her own terms. She had the tendency to follow her own path in life, always running wild against the wind. Judy liked spending time outside, and more importantly, loved having fun. She enjoyed going out to the lake to swim or go fishing and was always happiest when she shared these moments in nature with her family and friends.
Next to her faith in Jesus, the love she had for her family was her guiding light in life. She was devoted to her family and treasured the laughter and the memories she made with those she loved. Judy especially loved being with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, all of whom she adored and loved to laugh with. She will be very deeply missed, and her legacy of love will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
She is preceded in death by her beloved son, J.C. Aaron III (a.k.a. "Peanut"), her father, Walter Cook, mother Ethleen Mary Glass, and two sisters, Barbara Dixon, and Carolyn Smiley.
Left to cherish her memory are four children, daughter Raona Hinsley and husband Troy of Newalla, OK, and sons J.C. Aaron Jr. of Muskogee, OK, J.C. Aaron IV and wife Trisha of Oklahoma City, OK, and J.C. Aaron V, also of Muskogee; as well as three grandchildren, LaTroya Hinsley of Oklahoma City, OK, Stormy Ellis and husband Preston of Bristow, OK, and Troy Hinsley II and wife Kaylee of Newalla.
Judy is also survived by four great-grandchildren, Dustin Hinsley, Jakobi Hensley, Gypsy Ellis, and Timberlynn Ellis, several nieces and nephews, and many other family members and friends who loved her very much.
