Judith Seche

Judith Lynn Seche, passed away on February 6, 2026, at the age of 81 after a prolonged illness. She was the daughter of Margaret K & Burton M. Seche, sister of Jane Strone and Aunt of Jennifer Corrnell.

Born on August 31, 1944 in Mt Vernon, NY, Judy grew up in New Rochelle along with her sister Jane. Judy enrolled in the Nursing program at Misericordia Hospital after high school graduation. Misericordia has now been acquired by Montefiore Medical Center. Following nursing school graduation, she worked at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan in the Emergency Department for many years. Following leaving Lenox Hill, she went to work as a Nurse Legal Consultant in a New York law firm, a job that she loved. Following retirement, she found joy in reading. She was an avid reader, especially of historical novels, loving to sit on her front porch looking out over the water reading her latest book. She also loved animals and had many loving dogs through the years including Holly and Lily. She had many fond memories of traveling and loved to meet new people.
