Judith Snider, 81, Linn, KS died Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at Stormont Vail in Topeka.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10, 2025, from 1 to 6 p.m. with a Rosary service following at 6 p.m. at Ward Funeral Home in Washington, KS. The family received friends from 4 to 6 p.m.
A funeral mass was held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 11, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Washington.
A private burial will be in Harmony Cemetery, Strang, NE.
Judy was born in Fairbury, NE on February 21, 1944 to Leslie and Lorraine (Eggenberger) Greenwood. She attended nursing school and earned her LPN. Judy worked in the medical field for several years. She was a member of the St. Augustine Catholic Church in Washington.
Survivors include her children, William (Linda) Bivens, Jr., Odin, IL, Thomas (Carolyn) Bivens, Salem, IL, Kevin Bivens, Centralia, David (Debbie) Bivens, Odin, IL, Richard Schroeder, Odin, IL, Leslie (Sherry) Schroeder, Odin, IL, Yvette (Kevin) Peters, South Dakota, Christopher (Nevada) Snider, Odin, IL, Deborah Snider, Missouri, Kenneth Snider II, Greenleaf and Abigayle Snider, Wichita; siblings, Betty Jo Skrdla, Wilber, NE, Danford (Ruth) Greenwood, Waukesha, WI, Victor Greenwood, Warsaw, MO, Albert (Nedra) Greenwood, Clay Center and Dorothy (David) Vandaveer, Friday Harbor, WA; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund is established in her name and will be designated later. Contributions may be sent in care of Ward Funeral Home, Washington, KS.
