Bowdoinham – Judith Thibeault, 80, died on October 21, 2025, peacefully in Brunswick. She was born in Brunswick on March 7, 1945, the daughter of Charles and Claire Stockford.

Judith graduated from the University of Maine at Orono. She was a history teacher at King Jr Highschool in Portland, and a French teacher at Lincoln Jr High School in Portland, as well as in Greenfield, MA. She retired from Bath Savings in Bath after many years. Judith enjoyed sewing, reading, doing crossword puzzles, seeing the ocean and gathering with family and friends.

Judith is survived by her son Jeff Thibeault and girlfriend Marie Hunt of Bowdoinham, daughter Renee Cross and husband Clayton of Salem Virginia, and a brother Charles Stockford Jr of Oklahoma.

She was predeceased by her husband Gerard Thibeault, her parents Claire and Charles Stockford as well as by her brother Wayne, Donald and Clifford Stockford.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 8th, 10Am at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Brunswick

In lieu of flowers memorial donation may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Condolences may be shared at Funeralalternatives.net
