Judy Adams Walton

Judy Adams Walton, 76, passed away peacefully at her home in Quinton, Alabama, on
September 24, 2025, with her beloved husband by her side. Judy was survived by her
husband James Walton; her children, Jerry (Amanda), Jamey (Tammi), and Jonny (Tiffany);
her 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Judy was also survived by her brother
Kenneth (Linda) Adams
Born on May 2, 1949, in Midfield, Alabama, Judy's life was rooted in love, devotion, and
service to others. From a young age, she formed a deep connection with Jim Walton-her
high school sweetheart and the love of her life. Their story began in the fourth grade and
blossomed into a lifelong partnership marked by unwavering affection and mutual respect.
Judy was a devoted wife and an extraordinary mother. Her dedication to her family was
evident in every aspect of her life. She was deeply involved in her sons' lives and
activities-always present as the baseball team mom, classroom mom, and band mom.
Her presence brought comfort and joy to those around her, especially her children who
knew they could always count on her support.
A woman of creativity and generosity, Judy had a passion for arts and crafts that she shared
freely with others. For over 25 years, she volunteered with the second-grade Sunday School
class at First Baptist Church Pleasant Grove, using her talents to enrich the lives of
countless children through hands-on projects that sparked imagination and joy.
Judy's legacy is one of love lived fully and shared generously. May her memory bring
comfort to all who knew her. A Celebration of Life will be held on September 30, 2025, at
06:00 PM at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church 1343 Hueytown Rd.
