Judy Marie Bolen

Judy Marie Plasterer Bolen, aged 73 years, left us Monday, July 14, 2025, on her last great trip of her lifetime, which started on December 24th, 1951.....My mother, Esther Plasterer always said I was the best Christmas gift she ever received, but being the most loving woman in the world, I suspect she adored my sisters Carol and Vicki, just as much! I am hoping as you read this, that Mom, Weezie, Vicki and I are catching up on hugs and kisses!
I leave behind 2 absolutely wonderful, amazing daughters by another Mother, Connie Kepley and Debbie Miller Fidler, without whom I would not have lasted this long....I love and adore you both and thank you for everything!
I also leave behind a son, T. Cranford (Susan) and a daughter, M. Cranford.
The following grandchildren Brandon King, my favorite baby girl, Kaitlin Cranford, who was responsible for my Meemaw moniker, Dakotah and Landry Cranford. Jeremiah Dillard (Kayla Nichols, who has given me the MOST beautiful great grandchildren!)

I spent 40 years working for Hershey Chocolate, 20 years I liked my jobs, 10 years I hated my jobs and 10 years I loved my job and 40% of the people I worked with....lol....and with me and my mouth, you knew where you stood.
I spent 10 years molding young minds as a Junior Girl Scout leader in Annville, the town in which I was born and raised, and lived for 95% of my time on earth.
I loved traveling and along with my late hubby, I discovered that the Grand Canyon was truly GRAND, Mt. Rushmore really gave you a rush of American pride, Bismark, ND is a cold lonely town, and Tombstone, Arizona, is NOT full of tombstones, mostly wooden crosses.... Salt Lake City has a beautiful Temple but its streets are lined with homeless panhandlers and this was in 1985. I also discovered that hanging upside down, is the only way to kiss the Blarney stone and the Great Wall of China is really GREAT!
Don't wait till you retire to explore this world, spend your money while you're here and always learn something new every day.
I spent 25 years traveling the state and country with a great group of women with whom I bowled. We weren't great bowlers but we were fun travelers and that was the goal.
