Judy Bulver Obituary
Judy was born on February 13, 1944, in Chicago, Illinois, to Walter and Viola (Quindt) Grinnen. She graduated from Austin High School in 1963. On July 26, 1966, she married Jack Bulver. In 1975, they moved to Owatonna, where they made their forever home.
Judy began her career at OTC in 1976, working as a customer service representative until her retirement. She enjoyed fishing with her family, playing bingo, and spending time with her grandchildren-activities that brought her great joy.
Judy is survived by her children: John (Vicky) Bulver, Darcy (Eddie) Herrera, Bobbi (Jim) Jorgenson, and Becky (Scott) Bangs; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her sisters: Gini (Steve) Anderson, Kim (Pat) Carter, and Kathy (John) Foley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jack; her siblings, Rodney, Tommy, Nancy, Susan, and Richard; her children, Sue, Doug, and Bill; and her grandchildren, Scott and Derek.
A memorial ceremony will be held at a later date.
