Judy DiBianca Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Chas. Verheyden, Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service - Clinton Township on Dec. 8, 2025.
Judy DiBianca, a beacon of love and selflessness, passed away peacefully on December 6, 2025, at the age of 92 in Clinton Township, Michigan, surrounded by the warmth of her loving family. Born on August 8, 1933, in Detroit, Michigan, to Leonard and Adele Wambach, Jude's life was a testament to the enduring power of faith, family, and the joy of simple pleasures.
Judy was the beloved matriarch of a large and cherished family. Her devotion to her children, Larry (Debbie) DiBianca, Debbie (Andy) Kapusta, Tom (the late Denese), and Cyndi (Ken) Kuehnel, was unwavering. She found immeasurable joy in the lives of her grandchildren, Cheryl, Brian, Chris, Heather, Drew, Dayna, Aubrey, and Avery and her 12 great grandchildren, each of whom she loved with all her heart. Judy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Frank, in 2013, and her siblings Betty, Richard, Robert, James, William, Jerry, and Leonard. Her family was the cornerstone of her existence, and she nurtured it with the same care and attention she gave to her many hobbies.
A deeply religious woman, Judy's faith was the guiding light of her life. It provided her with strength and comfort, and she shared this spiritual foundation with everyone around her. She was an artist with yarn, her hands skillfully creating beautiful knitted and crocheted treasures that warmed the bodies and hearts of those she loved. Her ability to turn flour and sugar into the most delightful cakes for special occasions was legendary, and her baked goods were a staple at family gatherings.
Judy's love of reading transported her to worlds beyond her own, and she was never without a book or a story to share. Her passion for camping brought her closer to nature and to the family she so adored, with each trip weaving new memories into the tapestry of their shared history.
Those who knew Judy will remember her for her loving kindness and her selfless nature. She was a woman who put others before herself, always ready with a comforting word, a helping hand, or a slice of homemade cake. Her legacy is one of unconditional love and the joy of life's simplest moments.
Visitation will be Sunday, December 14, 2025 2:00pm-8:00pm, with a rosary at 7:00pm at Chas. Verheyden, Inc., 43300 Garfield Rd., Clinton Township, 48038. Funeral will be Monday, December 15, 2025 instate beginning at 9:30am until time of mass at 10:00am at St. Peter Catholic Church, 95 Market Street, Mt. Clemens, 48043.
