Phillip "Phil" Moore, age 67, of Clinton Township, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025, after a three-year battle with cancer, surrounded by the love of his family.
Born Phillip Alfred Moore on April 25, 1958, in Detroit, Michigan, he was the son of Phillip Alfred Moore Sr. and Michelina P. Moore (née Campeotto).
Phil was a dedicated craftsman who owned and operated his own flooring business, specializing in hardwood sanding and refinishing. For more than 20 years, Phil was actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America. He served as Scoutmaster for Troop 157 and continued giving back to the program as an Adult Volunteer, sharing his time, leadership, and passion with countless young people.
Phil is survived by his loving wife, Stacy Moore; daughters Aindrea Moore, Victoria Moore; and son Sean (Mieya Fiscelli-Moore) Moore; his three cherished grandchildren: Mekalina Rebo, Leah Straub, and Jace Moore; his sisters Karen (Francis) Diaz and Lisa (Chuck) Allen; his brothers Dale Moore, Mark (Karen) Campeotto, and Dean (Jill) Campeotto. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Lynne Provenzano.
A Memorial Gathering for Phillip Moore will be held 10:00am - 2:00pm on Sunday, November 30, 2025, with a 1:30pm B.S.A. Broken Arrow Ceremony at Chas. Verheyden, Inc., 43300 Garfield Rd., Clinton Township, Michigan 48038.
