With deep love and profound gratitude for her life, the family of Judy Eddings announces her peaceful passing. Judy was a woman of extraordinary grace-gentle in spirit, steadfast in faith, and endlessly devoted to the people and passions that shaped her beautiful journey.
A faithful servant of the Lord, Judy's life reflected her unwavering love for God and her family. She was a woman whose kindness radiated, whose compassion lifted others, and whose quiet strength guided those who were blessed to know her. Judy held a lifelong appreciation for the arts. She not only admired beauty-she created it. A gifted artist, she produced her own pieces and poured her heart into several church murals that continue to inspire all who see them. Judy shared her love for art with her twin sister, Julie, and together they founded Arkansas Twin Artists. Her talent, combined with her humility, touched countless lives. After raising her children, Judy pursued her formal education in art and painting, a chapter of life that brought her immense joy and allowed her to encourage and influence many aspiring artists. Long before her artistic pursuits, Judy forged her own path in transportation-an industry in which she both owned a trucking company and proudly drove a truck herself. Her determination, independence, and work ethic were evident in everything she undertook. In her later years, Judy found joy in simple, meaningful pleasures. She loved traveling with her family, making memories that will forever be cherished. She loved her community. Judy was a member of the Concord Homemakers Club and treasured the relationships she formed in Concord. She also adored spending time on the farm, tending to her beloved chickens and enjoying the peaceful rhythm of country life.
Judy Eddings leaves behind a legacy of faith, creativity, love, and quiet resilience. Her life was a testament to following one's passions, serving others with a full heart, and embracing every chapter with grace. She will be deeply missed, but the beauty she created-in art, in family, and in the lives she touched-will live on forever. She is reunited in Heaven with her parents; her siblings, Jane Crawford Way, Julie Crawford Lamons, and William Crawford; and her late husband, Sidney Gagner. She is survived by her husband, Paul Eddings, Sr.; her sons, Paul Christopher Eddings of Lonoke, AR, and P.J. Eddings Jr. of Concord, AR; her daughters, Mirranda Sprayberry of Concord, AR, and Traci Massery (David) of Cabot, AR; her brothers, Billy Crawford (Donna) of Tynesboro, MA and Loyal Crawford (Casandra) of McRae, AR; 5 grandchildren, Kayla Bridgman, Titus Eddings, Willie "Danny" Ybanez, Sabrina Ybanez, and Kiya Massery. ; 4 great grandchildren; and several extended family members and friends.
Arrangements are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service of Batesville, AR. Services will be held at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Southside, AR on Monday, November 17, 2025. Visitation will be from 11 AM until 12 PM. The funeral service, officiated by Bro. Bob Dailey, will be at 12PM, with interment to follow at Coffeyville Cemetery. Honored to serve as pallbearers are Willie Daniel Ybanez, Titus Eddings, Christopher Sprayberry, David Massery, Todd DeWitt, and Jeff Bridgman.
