Judy Ann Finch

Judy Ann Finch, age 68, of Alvaton passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2025 in her home. She was born on June 17, 1956 in Petersburg, West Virginia to the late Justin Ray Shirk and Joy Evelyn Whetzel who survives. Judy was a homemaker, she enjoyed cooking and baking, sewing, and was also an avid gardener, and she enjoyed having long conversations with her grandchildren whom she loved dearly over the phone.
Along with her father, Judy was also preceded in death by a brother, Justin Ray Shirk Jr. and her step-father, Forest Whetzel.
Judy is survived by her loving husband of 15 years, David Finch; two sons, Richard "Ricky" Finch and James "JD" Finch; a daughter, Rebecca Ann Smith Rohrbaugh and her husband, Jonathan; four sisters: Joann, Janie (Mickey), and Janet Shirk and Verna (Rob) Whetzel; a sister in law, Valerie Finch; two grandchildren, Harmoni and Alexander Rohrbaugh; and a host of nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
There will be no services and cremation has been chosen. J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Chapel on Broadway has been entrusted with these arrangements.
