Judy Kay Forth, 78, of Warsaw, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at Research Hospital in Kansas City after a battle with cancer. She was born on April 14, 1947, in Warsaw, Missouri, a daughter of Eugene Jackson and Grace Etta (Owen) Turpen. She grew up in Fairfield until moving to Warsaw in 1965. She was blessed with a son, Robert Edward. Judy met Oliver Forth; and they were married on November 9, 1968. The couple shared 35 years together until his passing on January 17, 2002. Judy was a seamstress at Unitog for 30 years and was an in-home aide for CMH for many years before retiring. For nearly 40 years, Judy was a member of Grace Baptist Temple near Warsaw. Her faith in the Lord was her passion and she never missed church unless she was sick. She was a cat lover and had a couple "Kitty Cats" of her own. She is survived by her sisters, Mary Ellen Rhodes of Greenridge and Mona Roberts of Warsaw; nieces, Deana, Darla, Cheryl, Vickie, Jennifer, Stephanie, and Nicci; nephews, Phillip, Jeff, and Danny; and many great-nieces and nephews. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Grace Turpen, husband, Oliver Forth, son, Eddie Jackson, sister, Verna Burns, and brothers, Merle Turpen, Jim Turpen, and John Turpen. Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at Cable Ridge Cemetery near Edwards with Johnnie Logue officiating. Memorial contributions may be given to the family in care of the Fox Funeral Home, PO Box 37, Cole Camp, MO 65325.
