Judy P. Kisner, 82, of Covington, passed away Thursday morning, October 16, 2025, at Ohio’s Hospice, Troy. She was born August 27, 1943, in Union City, Ohio, to the late Paul J. Harshbarger and the late Frances (Burns) Harshbarger North. She married Dan “Butch” Kisner; he survives.
She will also be missed and remembered by her children, Denise Feaselman of Verona, Toni Boehringer of Covington, Jason (Tennille) Kisner of Covington and Nikki Willoughby (Brian Elmore) of Covington; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and her dog, Buck. She was preceded in death by a son, Scott Brickey; a sister, Connie Didier; two sons-in-law, Tim Feaselman and Mike Boehringer; and a great-granddaughter, Aria.
Judy was a graduate of Newton High School and attended William & Mary College. She worked at Maier’s IGA, Video Vault, Hunt’s Green Acres, and sold Avon cosmetics for many years. She enjoyed bowling, bingo, and especially time spent with her family.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 21, at Miami Memorial Park, 7875 N. Crescent Dr., Covington, with Pastor Steve Wyke officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to His Hands Extended Animal Sanctuary. Arrangements are in care of Moore Funeral Home, Covington.
