Julia was born May 13, 1952, in De Queen, Arkansas. She loved animals, plants, and flowers, and enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and word puzzles.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Julian and Mae Brewer Ward; seven sisters, and one brother.
Julia is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Crystal Luna of Plano, Texas, and Karen and Ricky Hall of Gillham, AR; one son, Wesley Hudson III of De Queen, Arkansas; grandchildren, Hugo Luna, Jesse and James Hall, Benjamin and Makenzie Hudson, Alex Morrell, and one great-granddaughter on the way; one special dog, Honeybun and special friend, Ray Sherrouse.
Graveside Funeral services for Ms. Ward will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Overturf Cemetery in Gillham, Arkansas, with Bobby Tatum officiating under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.
