Juliana Felkl (Amon), 95, passed away on October 18, 2023.
Juliana was born Feb 6, 1928, in Hirschegg Austria. She arrived in this country in 1952 and went to Hamel Business College followed by a long, successful career at Louisiana-Pacific.
Juliana met her husband, John (Hansi), at a dance in Austria and they have been together ever since.
They were happily married for 75 years.
She will be dearly missed by her husband, John; brother-in-law Martin; nieces and nephews: Dru, Anne (John), Ingrid (Mike), Josef (Caroline). She is preceded in death by her foster parents, Johann and Theresia Scheer; sister-in-law Elisabeth, sister Johanna, brother Peter and nephew Martin.
Juliana loved to cook, crochet, cross stitch, travel, and play solitaire. We will miss her wonderful family meals and her sunny disposition. She was the very best Aunt and Wife.
A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, November 11, at St Francis de Sales Parish, 4019 Manchester Road, Akron. The family will greet guests at 10:30 prior to the mass.
