Julie R. Griffin, 61, of Chester, WV, formerly of Titusville, passed away unexpectedly Friday, November 7, 2025.
Julie was born on August 31, 1964 in Titusville, a daughter of the late Roger Peebles and Jill Preston Bradley. She was previously married to Kevin Griffin.
Julie was a graduate of Titusville High School, class of 1982.
Julie was a devoted worker and had been employed at many local businesses as well as owning her own business, the former Ms Snippets dog grooming business. She had worked at the Tionesta Borough Building, Robinson's Wallcovering, Bright Hospitality and Desantis Solutions in Meadville, to mention only a few.
Julie enjoyed shopping and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a giving person and would help anyone in need. She also enjoyed her pet German Shepard "Trik" who survives.
Julie is also survived by her daughter, Aisha Mosher and companion Joseph Summerville of Titusville; her step-children, Amanda Obert and husband Jake, Josh Griffin, and Rene Rogers and husband Dr. Dwain Rogers, all of Titusville; her brother Todd Peebles and wife Jeanne of Titusville; numerous grandchildren who she loved dearly; and several nephews and nieces.
The family will receive friends at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home 303 N. Washington St. Titusville, PA 16354 on Thursday, November 13th from noon to 2:00 PM at which time the funeral service will be conducted with Mr. Thomas Newcombe officiating.
Interment will be in Sunnyside Cemetery.
