She is survived by her parents Carl and Martha Meyer Morrow of Bardstown, her husband, William "Bobby" Koehler of Bardstown and her brother, Dale Eric Morrow of Danville.
Julie's family respectfully chose cremation. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
