June Bublitz

June Ilene (Jandt) Bublitz, age 78, of Winona, MN, died Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at Gundersen Health Care System in La Crosse, with her family by her side.

She was born September 24, 1946 in Winona, MN, the daughter of Hugo and Lila Jandt. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Winona. She was united in marriage to Dale Bublitz May 4, 1963 in Goodview, MN. June helped manage her husband's trucking business. She enjoyed playing Farkle with family and friends. She liked to bake, especially around Christmas time. She also enjoyed fishing and thrifting with her family. More than anything, she loved to spend time with her family.

She is survived by her 2 daughters: Lynn (Patrick) Moga, and their son, Kyle (Shasta) Moga, and his children Ashlynn, Austin, and Addy; Sheila (Scott) Kunda, and their daughter, Ashley (Jeff) Smelser, and her children Davien, Remington, Aubrianna, and Paisley, and their son, Michael Kreidemacher; siblings: Dorothy, Barbara, Judy (Bill); sister-in-law, Arlene; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dale; siblings, Richard, Robert (Marlene), Kenny, and Jack (June’s twin); nephews: Kevin and Randy.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the Dialysis Team at Winona Health, especially Mary and Kristi, the staff at Lake Winona Manor, Gundersen Lutheran 6th floor nurses, and Linda Kramer.

A funeral service will be held Sunday, May 4, 2025 at Hoff Celebration of Life Center in Winona at 3:00pm. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1pm-3pm, prior to the service. Interment will be Monday, May 5, 2025 at 10:00am at St. Rose of Lima in Lewiston, MN.
