June Cygan Obituary
June was born in Chicago, Illinois. She loved spending time with her grandsons, Jayce and Bennett, doing crossword puzzles and helping the church youth group. June enjoyed visiting different sightseeing areas in Tennessee, finding good restaurants for lunch, and would never turn down a good cup of coffee. June wore her heart on her sleeve and was always willing to go above and beyond to help family and friends in need. She will be missed dearly by her friends and family.
June is preceded in death by her parents, William Gebhardt and Mary (Shafer) Hauck, her sister Mary Ann Kostrzewski, and her brother Richard Hauck. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Dennis Cygan; her son, Keith (Ashley) Cygan; her grandsons, Jayce Cooper and Bennett Cygan; her brothers, Dennis (Kathy) Hauck, David (Kim) Hauck, and James Hauck; and three nephews and one niece.
In keeping with the wishes of June, a private burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd, 2025, at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
