Betty Sue Milligan

Betty Milligan, 88, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, October 17, 2025. She was a devoted Christian and never missed the opportunity to be at church and with her church family. She sang in the choir for years and had the most beautiful voice. She loved her grandbabies and her family. Betty loved to go shopping, especially for all her grandbabies. She never met a stranger and would never pass up an opportunity to visit with a friend.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Archie Milligan, son, Michael Milligan, granddaughter, Latisha Cranmore and her parents, Earl Smith and Ovena Cross.

She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Bowers, Sherry Smith and Carol Miller, siblings, Joy Frizzell, Jerry Smith and Bart Smith, 7 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

The family will receive friends and loved ones from 12:00 till 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at the funeral home. Services will follow in the funeral home chapel at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Alan Stewart presiding. Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
