June Pannhoff, age 75, of South Haven, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
Memorial Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 13, 2024, at Heartland Evangelical Free Church in Annandale with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Pastor Denny Johnson will officiate. Burial will take place at Acacia Cemetery in Clearwater.
Born on January 10, 1949, in Sleepy Eye, MN, June was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who touched the lives of everyone who knew her.
June met the love of her life, Harlyn, when she was just 16 years old. They quickly became inseparable, and their bond only grew stronger over the years. They were married for 58 years, sharing a lifetime of love and memories. Together, they raised four boys - Bill, Spencer, Blu and Wyatt.
June was a devoted wife and mother, always putting her family first and filling their home with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories.
June enjoyed cooking and more importantly loved sharing her meals with everyone. If you ever visited her home in South Haven, you were sure to leave with a full stomach and a happy heart.
She also had a passion for travel. She was always up for an adventure, whether it was a road trip or a far-off destination. She loved seeing new places and meeting new people along the way.
At home, she found peace in her garden planting flowers. June loved spending time outdoors sitting on her swing and reading her bible or a book.
June is survived by her husband, Harlyn; her four sons, Bill (Rose), Spencer (Deb), Blu and Wyatt (Nickie); her nine grandchildren, Erin, Jason, Collin, Aubrey, John Thomas, Trevyn, Devin, Raelynn, and Broden; her brother, Dennis (Sharon) Steinhaus; and sister, Myra Steere. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruben & Amy Steinhaus; brothers, Roger and Glenn; infant sister, Joann; and brother-in-law, Jim Steere.
June's legacy of love, faith, and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her family and friends will miss her dearly but take comfort in knowing that June went home to be with the lord.
