Dr. Justin Lewis Bell, age 49, of Poplar Bluff, MO, passed away Sunday, September 14, 2025 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, in Poplar Bluff, MO. Dr. Bell was born September 14, 1976, in Cape Girardeau, MO.

He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2004 from Logan University in St. Louis, MO. He opened his own practice, Chiropractic Associates of SEMO in 2008, where he faithfully served his patients until July of 2025.

Justin loved his family and friends deeply and considered his best friends to be like family. He was very outgoing and sociable and never met a stranger. He touched countless lives with his kindness. Justin loved the Lord and was a member of Fellowship General Baptist Church in Poplar Bluff. He found great joy in music and loved singing and playing the guitar. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially dove hunting and fishing. He was also a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

On October 13, 2023 he married Gretchen Bell (Hopper). She survives. Also surviving are four children: Larissa, Bryce, Nolan, and Gabrielle Bell, all of Jackson, MO; one stepson: Logan Hart of Poplar Bluff, MO; his mother: Bernita Parker (Lewis) of Marble Hill, MO; one brother: Jason (Julie) Bell of Festus, MO; and many extended family members and friends.

Justin was preceded in death by his father: Harry Bell.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Byron Beck officiating.
