Justin Lynn Congleton, 37, of Ponder, TX. went home to his Lord and Savior on February 20, 2025. Justin was born December 30, 1987, to Rhonda JoLene Jones and Freddy Lynn Congleton, of Fort Worth, Texas. He married his high school sweetheart, Kati Congleton, on December 15, 2012. Justin and Kati have two little boys, Jake and Luke Congleton. In December of 2023, after the passing of his mother-in-law, he welcomed his youngest sister-in-law, Cortney Nichols, to his family, whom he considered a daughter. He served in the Army for 4 years. He started basic training in Fort Sill, Oklahoma then went for AIT at Fort Stewart in Georgia, before being stationed at Fort Bliss in El Paso. He worked as a mechanic.
Justin had a love for cars, if there was ever a problem with any of his friends' or family's cars, he was right there to work on them. He worked at Lorentz Automotive, which he was very proud of. He enjoyed racing and restoring old cars, fishing, hunting, football games and anything else that was outdoors. Justin had a larger-than-life laugh and smile; he had a huge presence in his family and friends' lives and will be greatly missed.
He Is Not Gone
Ease your grief, he is not gone,
For in your heart, he lingers on.
His smile, his laugh, his special way,
Will comfort you, from day to day.
You'll feel his presence in the breeze,
That dances gently, through the trees.
And it's his face that you shall see,
When you're in need of company.
At any time, you can recall,
The love you shared you saved it all.
And in time, more than anything,
You'll find peace in remembering.
