Born December 4, 1960, in Billings, MT, to Rosemary Spotted Bear Round Face and the Late Robert Carl (Bobby) Round Face.

He was a member of the Greasy Mouth Clan, Flint Knife Clan, and Child of Big Lodge. Justin (Tub) grew up in Pryor, MT, where he attended St. Charles Missions 1st-8th grade. He started High school at PCHS, went to Flandreau for 1 year, returned to PCHS, and graduated in 1978. He then attended Haskell, and after Haskell, he went to Poplar, MT. While working in Poplar, he met Katherine Martell, and they married on his birthday Dec. 4, 1982.

Justin enlisted on April 9th, 1987 – AIT training and basic training in Fort Mead, Maryland, then to Fort Stewart, Georgia. He was then stationed at Patton Ville, Germany, part of the Stuttgart Military Community, and was sent to Desert Shield, Desert Storm, the Saudi Arabian Gulf War in 1990-91.

Justin enjoyed Fast Pitch baseball, wrestling, playing horseshoes, and took 2nd in Mandarin ND he was also in numerous dart tournaments. He hunted and fished, and worked with horses with his uncles. Justin participated in elementary school in Pryor, under the guidance of Coach Chester Turns Plenty Sr., he played basketball for 5 years. He also played Elementary football in co-op with Pryor Elementary School, and his Jr. High School years.

In high school, Justin started at Handreau Indian School in South Dakota. He was a freshman tennis and basketball player for a year and a half before transferring to Plenty Coups High School in Pryor. At Plenty Coups, he was a 3 sport athlete, cross-country, basketball, and track for two and a half years. At his final district track meet, he placed in all 5 events that he entered. He was a starting guard on the basketball team. A team that was ranked #1 in class "C" for most of the season. The warriors won the District 5 tournament that year and placed 4th at the Southern Divisional Tournament.

Justin is survived by his 3 children Amber Yellow Owl & Kirstie Bigg Leggins, Devin Ciano, son Lewis L Richardson, Grandson Devin Ciano, as well as his mother Rosemary Round Face, Monica (Candy) Nagel, Dorothy Round Face White Prime, Greta Round Face, Darlene Bird Far Away, Patrice, Sharon, brothers Tom (Cherly) Nagel Sr., Cletus Round Face, Howard Round Face, Daniel Round Face, Johnny Round Face, Ronald Round Face, Harvey ACE & Shelly Big Lake, Patrick & Christine Biglake, Flarin (Nancy) Big Lake, and Melton Jerry Spotted Bear.

Extended families include Spotted Bear, Coffeys, Nagel, Whiteman, Richardsons, Tusi, Round Face, Windy Boy, Rogers, Beartails, Smith, Big Lake, Fog in the Morning, and Coyote Runs (Costa).
